Individual outcomes vary. Not all conditions can be assessed or treated via telehealth or in-home visits. If Dr. Trey determines that a higher level of care is necessary, patients may be referred to an emergency room or specialist.

Peds MD does not bill health insurance directly. Membership fees are not FSA/HSA eligible; one-time visits (in-person and virtual sick visits) generally are, while phone and text consultations are not. Patients are responsible for verifying their own eligibility and obtaining any necessary documentation for reimbursement.
