It does not cover medical records or care delivered to established patients, which are governed separately under applicable law and our patient agreements, see also our medical disclaimer.

No patient health information on this Site

We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) directly on thepedsmd.com. Inquiry forms, scheduling, and supplement ordering are handled by third-party platforms (see below) under their own privacy and security terms. Please do not include sensitive medical details in general email or website forms that are not explicitly designated for that purpose.

• Information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message when you submit a contact or inquiry form, or email us directly.

Third-party services we use

• JotForm, powers our membership and business inquiry forms (HIPAA-compliant infrastructure).
• Acuity Scheduling, used for booking certain non-member services.
• Fullscript, hosts our curated supplement dispensary; all ordering, payment, and fulfillment happen on Fullscript.
• Stripe, powers the member billing portal.
• Substack, hosts our newsletter; subscribing is handled on Substack.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, evaluate membership fit, provide the services you request, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. You may request that we update or delete the information you submitted through the Site by contacting us. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
